An adventure in AGILE 

Overview:

This Workshop gives participants an understanding of the various aspects of both AGILE and SCRUM.  We start with an overview of AGILE methodologies, then dive deeper into SCRUM (the most popular AGILE method).  The Workshop is conducted in a manner applying the basic principles of AGILE: a round table discussion with conversation and hands-on exercises.

Project Management Professional® (PMP) Certification

Overview:

The PMP® Prep classroom course is structured with the goal of providing students exactly what they need to pass the PMP® exam.  Our study strategy will increase comprehension and retention of key elements while providing students with practical information that can be applied immediately to the project work environment. 

PMstudy provides the Most Comprehensive and Highest Quality PMP® Prep Classroom Training.  Coursework is primarily based on the PMBOK® Guide, Fifth Edition and focuses on the key topics and areas required for success in the exam.

Scheduling & Planning Best Practices

Overview:

Accurate resource assessment and work scheduling are key elements of project success.  This one-day project planning and scheduling workshop builds on the questions and challenges you bring into the discussion. 

The day follows the flow of scheduling & planning activities; beginning with project planning, then maintenance, and ending with execution.  Through conversation, real life examples, and hands-on exercises you will learn general scheduling best practices, and will gain the skills and solutions to answer your questions.  The day concludes with a focus on MS Project: using various functions to view different reports, and a discussion of “add ons.”
