An adventure in AGILE
This Workshop gives participants an understanding of the various aspects of both AGILE and SCRUM. We start with an overview of AGILE methodologies, then dive deeper into SCRUM (the most popular AGILE method). The Workshop is conducted in a manner applying the basic principles of AGILE: a round table discussion with conversation and hands-on exercises.

Scheduling & Planning Best Practices
This one-day project planning and scheduling course builds on the questions and challenges you bring into the discussion.
The day follows the flow of scheduling & planning activities; beginning with project planning, then maintenance, and ending with execution. Through conversation, real life examples, and hands-on exercises you will learn general scheduling best practices, and will gain the skills and solutions to answer your questions. The day concludes with a discussion time to share lesson learned from the classes experiences while working in your work environment.
