Privacy Policy

The Xlander Consulting Inc. is committed to protect the privacy of individuals who visit the 
website and who make use of the on-line facilities. 

This privacy policy provides you with information in terms of articles 19 and 20 of the Data 
Protection Act. It also takes consideration of Recommendation 2/2001 of the Article 29 Data 
Protection Working Party, adopted on 17 May 2001, on certain minimum requirements for

Cancellation/Refund Policy

 

For each class there will be a minimum of students that must be signed up 2 weeks

prior for the class to proceed.

Registered attendee cancellation:

 

Individual registered attendees must cancel their paid registration by 12:00 am three business days prior

to an event to qualify for refund. Cancellations received without sufficient notice or those who are a

no-show are not entitled to a refund. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Xlander Consulting Inc., and requests for refund must be received prior to the event. 

Cancellation/RefundFees:


• Individual registrations that are cancelled by the registrant will be subject to a 25% processing

fee according to the fee schedule as shown in the Xlander’s cancellation policy (for the class).


• If the event is postponed and rescheduled, registrants will be given an opportunity to cancel

their registration without penalty should they not be able to attend on the revised date.
