This DCMA 14 Point Scheduling Workshop provides broad yet detailed coverage of the importance of the 14 Point requirements for DoD scheduling for both the less experienced planner/scheduler as well as the seasoned project management professional. This workshop is designed for those who recognize that having a “mechanically healthy “can have a major impact to performance assessments and day-to-day project management decision making. Centered around the industry recognized DCMA 14 Point documents, Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), and the Generally AcceptedScheduling Principals (GASP). The day concludes with a discussion time to share lesson learned from the classes experiences while working in your experiences
PS 101- DCMA 14 Pt/DECM – Fundamentals
A minimum of 5 participants must be signed up 1 weeks prior for the class to proceed.
Registered attendee cancellation: Individual registered attendees must cancel their paid registration by 12:00 am three business days prior to an event to qualify for refund. Cancellations received without sufficient notice or those who are a no-show are not entitled to a refund. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Xlander Consulting Inc., and requests for refund must be received prior to the event.
• Individual registrations that are cancelled by the registrant will be subject to a 25% processing fee according to the fee schedule as shown in the Xlander’s cancellation policy (for the class).
• If the event is postponed and rescheduled, registrants will be given an opportunity to cancel their registration without penalty should they not be able to attend on the revised date.
