Course Description:


This Predictive Measures Workshop provides a broad yet detailed coverage of various projectmetrics available to the professional project scheduler as well as the seasoned project managementprofessional. This workshop is designed for those who recognize that having a better understandingof project metrics can have a major impact to performance assessments and day-to-dayproject management decision making. Centered around the industry recognized, A guide toManaging Programs Using Predictive Measures and the Generally Accepted SchedulingPrincipals (GASP), this workshop allows the student to understand the necessaryfundamentals of program/project metrics and their specific applications. This workshop explainshow to assess various program metrics such as: Schedule, Cost, Risk and Opportunity, andTechnical Performance Measures including an in- depth look at how to interpret various metricsto detect early warnings of potential program/project issues. This course content will be presentedas a mixture of lecture, discussion, and hands-on exercises for the students to practice andapply what they learn.

This course is a presentation style course with live software demonstrations. This course content will

PS301 - Advanced – Predictive Measures

  • A minimum of 5 participants must be signed up 1 weeks prior for the class to proceed.

    Registered attendee cancellation: Individual registered attendees must cancel their paid registration by 12:00 am three business days prior to an event to qualify for refund. Cancellations received without sufficient notice or those who are a no-show are not entitled to a refund. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Xlander Consulting Inc., and requests for refund must be received prior to the event. 

    Cancellation Fees:

    • Individual registrations that are cancelled by the registrant will be subject to a 25% processing fee according to the fee schedule as shown in the Xlander’s cancellation policy (for the class).
    • If the event is postponed and rescheduled, registrants will be given an opportunity to cancel their registration without penalty should they not be able to attend on the revised date.
